Dear PHASE supporters,
Today we have two significant pieces of news that we are excited to share with you.
After careful consideration, and taking into account feedback from our supporters, PHASE has decided to refresh and update our communications style. Supported by design professionals who agreed to work with us pro-bono, we have a refreshed look to portray the existing values as well as the future of PHASE Worldwide. We hope you will agree that our new look is modern and inspiring as well as being a natural progression of the current PHASE brand.
Secondly, I have decided to step down from my post at PHASE Worldwide from the end of this year after being with the organisation for seven years and serving as director for five years. This has been a very difficult decision as PHASE has been a significant part of my life for many years. I remain absolutely passionate about the organisation and the work it does in Nepal. I feel comfortable leaving PHASE in the hands of a great team.
In the recent survey it was interesting to see so many supporters so identify key aspect of PHASE that we, and clearly you, believe the organisation is built on – empowerment, sustainability, a closeness to our partners and friends in PHASE Nepal, efficiency and a close family feel. I am not leaving the PHASE family, but changing my role. Over the years different people have stepped up and being involved with the organisation but one thing I have learnt about PHASE supporters is you are always on the journey with us and there when needed. I am sure that we all will be alongside PHASE as it moves forward with a new look and a new director.
Please watch our new video featuring myself explaining our transition.
